Sock and Jonathan

Fan art for 's Welcome to Hell story. It's currently in the process of becoming an animated short, which I really hope it does. If it was a show, I'd watch it.

Sock is the guy on the left, waving happily, while Jonathan is giving one of those sort-of embarrassed half-waves you give to someone when you don't want your photo taken.

I had a lot of fun drawing this.

I was listening to Depeche Mode's People are People song while I was drawing some of this; And the song made me think of Sock and Jonathan, because they can't seem to get on well together, since they're so different. I like foil characters like that.

Coloured in using Photoshop Elements and Paint Tool Sai.
